Assalamualaikummm n slmt pg2 butee hehehhehe..errrmmmm kul 2 pagi dh kann, i x tdo2 lg huhu..td kul 11 dh nk tdo, pejam2 mata jenuh x bule..td ngantok sgt, bile masuk tdo terbeliak biji mataku hahhaha, so i pn bangun n deco laa kek ni..kek ni d order oleh jiran dlm kawasan umah i nih jugak laa..besday utk ank dara dia..slmt panjang umur ya dikkk fatinn..dia nk sgt gambar princess ni..so ini la hasilnya ya dikk..dulu ade gak buat kek ni..tp bajunya guna fondant..xpe i sertakn resepi skali lg yaa..jom tgk..
Ingredients..
250 gm butter
190 gm sugar
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
250 gm self raising flour
2 tsp vnla essence
6 tbs fresh milk
200 gm oreo cookies - clear d cream - crush coursely
Cream from d cookies
Method..
1. Heat oven to 185 degrees Celcius. Grease n line a 9 inch cake tin.
2. Beat butter n cream from d cookies till pale n creamy.
3. Add egg yolk one at a time n milk, alternately, making sure eggs n milk are blended in well aftr evry addition.
4. Add vnla essence n flour. Mix well.
5. In anthr mixing bowl, whisk egg white n sugar till stiff. Fold into d butter mixture in two addition.
6. Add crushed cookies n fold well.
7. Pour into d baking tin n bake for 40-45 minutes.
